Information EmpireOS processes
EmpireOS processes account, workspace, and operational information needed to provide its private owner dashboard. When you explicitly connect a third-party OAuth provider, we receive the account data and permissions you approve.
TikTok data
After explicit TikTok OAuth consent, EmpireOS may receive your TikTok open identifier, display name, avatar, granted scopes, and public video metadata and counters available through the official Display API. EmpireOS uses this data only to display and analyze the performance of your connected media account inside the private Owner Media Dashboard.
Storage and protection
OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored server-side in encrypted form and are not returned by browser-facing APIs. We use access controls and owner/workspace boundaries intended to prevent one account from accessing another account’s connection data.
Disconnecting access
You can disconnect a TikTok connection from the Media Dashboard. EmpireOS then requests token revocation and removes its stored token material. Historical analytics already imported into your workspace may remain until deleted under the applicable retention process.
Sharing and sale
EmpireOS does not sell TikTok user data. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers only as needed to operate and secure the service or when required by law.
